Do you have a question about your Richmonds order? Before you get in touch with us, please check the frequently asked questions below – we may have already provided an answer for your particular query.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be with you on a specific day. We are able to dispatch before a specific date for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, but we do not guarantee delivery on these days – only that we will dispatch your cakes with time for them to be delivered.

We will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but due to the nature of our product there can be up to 3 working day’s dispatch time.

All of our cakes currently have a 7-day shelf life at room temperature, but will keep longer refrigerated. Every cake box will have a date stamp on the bottom showing when it was produced.

Sorry, no – as we are currently very busy, we unfortunately cannot accommodate customised orders at this time. However, this is something that we will be looking to work on in the near future.

Whilst we take every precaution to make sure that our products that are described as ‘free-from’ don’t contain a certain allergen, we our a kitchen that handles nuts/ gluten/ dairy as well as other allergens on a daily basis and cannot guarantee that no traces will be found in our ‘free-from’ products.
